01. AI Readiness Assessment
We audit your existing workflows, data assets, and systems to identify where AI delivers the highest-value impact. Not every process benefits from AI — we focus on where the ROI is clear and the data quality supports it.
02. Solution Architecture
We design the AI architecture — model selection, data pipelines, integration points, and security controls. For RAG systems, this includes document chunking strategies, embedding models, and retrieval design. Deployment model (cloud, on-premise, hybrid) is confirmed at this stage.
03. Prototype & Validate
We build a functional prototype and test it with real users from your team. Early validation with actual data and actual workflows prevents costly course corrections later. Prompt engineering and model configuration are refined in this phase.
04. Integration & Development
Full development of the AI system and its integration into your existing environment — APIs, databases, authentication systems, and internal tools. We build to production standards with proper logging, error handling, and security controls.
05. Quality Assurance
AI systems require a different testing approach than conventional software. We evaluate output quality, hallucination rates, edge case handling, and security. For RAG systems, we test retrieval accuracy and answer faithfulness against your source documents.
